With millions of users from all around the world, our mission was to connect people with music by making it easier to discover and share music. I helped drive the product vision, from shaping the design culture of the company, to create user stories, establishing roadmaps, user research, writing guidelines or managing consistency UI on all our platforms.
We tried and iterate on a bunch of features to increase monetization and the retention on both apps
